Job Description:
This position is responsible for conducting pressurized leak checks, pulling vacuums, charging refrigerant, testing, and—when necessary—troubleshooting and diagnosing issues on chillers to ensure optimal performance before shipment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret piping and wiring schematics
- Basic electrical wiring skills
- Experience troubleshooting refrigeration systems
- Proficiency in assembling brass fittings
- Ability to fit and braze copper tubing
- EPA certification is a plus
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and listening skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
- A sense of humor is appreciated
