Quality Inspector - Electronics

 Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for inspecting electronic products and materials to ensure compliance with our Quality Control Plan and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on PCB assemblies, subassemblies, and finished electronic products

• Inspect for solder quality, component placement, polarity, orientation, cleanliness, and workmanship per IPC-A-610 and customer standards

• Verify Bills of Materials (BOMs), revision levels, and work instructions for accuracy

• Use microscopes, magnifiers, calipers, multimeters, and other measuring tools

• Perform basic functional testing (continuity, resistance, simple checks) as needed

• Follow ESD safety procedures at all times

• Record inspection results in quality logs, ERP systems, or inspection forms

• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

• Maintain accurate documentation and product traceability
