Order Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Lake Zurich, IL
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Order Fulfilment specialist to add to their team. This is a straightforward, hands-on role ideal for someone who is dependable and comfortable with physical work.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders following all applicable company guidelines
- Execute proper labeling and documentation for each customer order
- Safe handling of chemicals in every application
- Staging of clean and properly labeled and packaged customer orders
- Follow company guidelines for the proper handling of company issued hand held device
- Apply all necessary PPE required to work with applicable chemicals
- Daily logs of inspections of forklift and designated areas of the warehouse must be accurately maintained
- Safe operation of company fork lifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse
- Follow damaged product protocol in order to keep inventory protected and ready for customer ordering
Requirements:
- Self-directed, highly motivated individual with:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to respond to requests for assistance and meet commitments.
- Extremely strong organizational skills
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum two years’ warehouse experience.
Forklift experience and proficiency a must.
