Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Picking & Packing
Location: Bensenville, IL
Pay Rate: $18:00 /hour
Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type: Full-Time | Temp to Hire

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. This position focuses primarily on order fulfillment, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments in a medium paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using a hand scanner and pick sheets.

• Prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

• Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.

• Verify order accuracy before shipment.

• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking and packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred.

• Experience using a hand scanner (RF scanner) is preferred.

• Ability to read and follow pick sheets accurately.

• Basic computer skills and inventory system experience are a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
