Job Summary
Our client is seeking motivated individuals experienced in operating Swiss CNC Mills to produce high-precision components. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship while maintaining productivity across multiple machines in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Swiss CNC machines to produce precision parts to specification
- Set up tools, make offsets, and adjust machine settings as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and tight tolerance specifications
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Monitor multiple machines and organize production workflow efficiently
- Maintain consistent production while ensuring quality standards are met
- Keep work area clean and organized while following safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating Swiss CNC machinery
- Familiarity with G-code programming and machine setup
- Ability to set tools, make offsets, and inspect precision parts
- Strong understanding of tight tolerances and blueprint reading
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple machines
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
