CNC Operator
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 (based on experience)
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight
Location: Wheeling, IL
Type: Temp to Hire

Our client is a precision manufacturing company specializing in high-quality components and machining solutions. They are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join their growing team and support operations on both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes and mills with Mazak and Haas equipment machines using Mazak and Fanuc controls.
- Load and unload parts into machines.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy throughout production runs.
- Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating CNC machines (lathes or mills) preferred.
- Familiarity with Mazak, Haas, and/or Fanuc controls is a plus.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools.
- Attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work assigned shift (day or evening).
