Sheet Metal/Crating Team Member
Type:  Temp to hire
Shift:  Monday thru Friday – 6:30am to 3:00pm (occasional mandatory overtime on Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour (negotiable for experienced candidates) 
Requirements:  Resume / Interview / Background Check / Drug Test / Authorized to work in the United States

Job Description:
  • Cutting, fitting and insulating sheet metal body panels for units
  • Cleaning, labeling, and preparing units for shipment
  • Assembling crates and boxing units to be shipped

Preferred Skills
  • Ability to read a ruler
  • Knowledge of how to use hand tools – tin snips, screw drivers, hammers, etc.
  • Comfortable using power tools; saws, grinders, drivers, drills, etc.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • Communicate issues in a timely manner
  • Have excellent follow-through and follow-up skills

  • Good mechanical skills
  • Good interpersonal, organizational & listening skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to write and speak effectively with employees throughout the organization
  • A sense of humor
