Our client is a global third-party logistics provider (3PL) specializing in supply chain solutions for international freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution.

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Admin for their warehouse to support their day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, shipping & receiving, and general warehouse duties within a 3PL environment.
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Admin for their warehouse to support their day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, shipping & receiving, and general warehouse duties within a 3PL environment.
Responsabilidades:
- Process shipping and receiving documents accurately (BOLs, packing lists, invoices)
- Perform data entry and maintain inventory records using WMS or ERP systems
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and clients regarding shipments and deliveries
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Generate labels, shipping documents, and other clerical paperwork
- Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory and report discrepancies
- Support customer service inquiries regarding orders or inventory status
- Maintain organized records of warehouse transactions
- Assist in general office duties including filing, scanning, and email correspondence
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Cualificaciones:
- 3 years of warehouse clerk, shipping/receiving, or logistics office experience
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Requisitos:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (3PL preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills; experience with WMS a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Bilingüe (inglés/español).
