LOCATION: Wood Dale, IL
PAY RATE: $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS: Resume / Interview / Background Check / Drug Test / Authorization to work in the U.S.
SUMMARY
Provide administrative Human Resources support to the Human Resources Group.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create personnel files
Archive personnel files every January (keep 2 yrs on site, archive 7 yrs)
Scheduling for recruiters as needed
Run background checks within 24 hours of notification
Process new hire paperwork
Service awards and reporting
Handle employment verification requests
All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a knowledge of:
Principles and practices of personnel administration and human resource management.
Principles, methods, and procedures utilized in recruitment, selection, examining, test development, validation, affirmative action training, classification, labor relations and salary administration.
Applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Degree in Human Resources preferred.
